Internationally acclaimed and recognized throughout Government and industry as a self-starting seasoned subject matter expert to fully manage strategic, tactical and operational business development, and systems technologies, including its marketable investment, sales and presentations aspects.

Mr. Hoffmaster has over 20 years experience in positions of leadership and entrepreneurship. Proficient in all major business disciplines. Well experienced in business management as CEO, operations, branding and global business development. Formal education includes a four-year university degree. Directed multiple entrepreneurial startup companies and took them to successful IPO’s. Have practical experience in listed public markets and share trading and listing of small market cap companies. Have been responsible for capitalization, hiring/training, construction, brand development, legal/accounting as well as marketing and advertising for most of the companies I took through the IPO cycle. Passionate leader with a special talent for sales and marketing, communicating and motivating teams achieving their targeted goals. Mr. Ribich is a results driven aerospace executive with more than forty years of FAA Part 121 and Part 145 commercial aviation experience.

Mr. Ribich has held executive management positions with both international airlines and major third party MRO facilities including Braniff International Airlines, Orion Air, Dalfort Aviation, Lockheed Martin, Sabreliner Corp., Commercial Aircraft Equipment, Inc. and Evergreen Air Center. He is a well organized manager with excellent communication and problem solving skills who has been instrumental in obtaining FAA Part 145 Repair Station Certifications, FAA Supplemental Type Certifications, FAA Parts Manufacturing Authority, and authoring Operating Procedures Manuals and Component Maintenance Manuals. Mr. Ribich is a FAA certified Licensed A&P Aviation Maintenance Technician.

Mr. Ribich brings his managerial skills, business experience and technical knowledge to his clients by providing aviation consulting services to Airlines, MRO’s and Aircraft Leasing Companies. His services include Organizational Reviews and Evaluations, Process Improvement Strategies, Internal Control Processes and Procedures, Asset Management and New Business Acquisitions.

Mr. Dave Graham

Vice President, Sales & New Business Development

Mr. Graham is a licensed airframe and power plant mechanic and an aviation maintenance manager with over 31 years of commercial aircraft experience on Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed and Airbus aircraft. He has a successful track record within the airline and MRO business. Mr. Graham has worked nearly every aspect of aircraft maintenance, including heavy maintenance and line maintenance, air carrier, MRO and general aviation.

While working for Northwest Airlines for nearly 20 years he held numerous management positions, most notably Director of Heavy Maintenance for the Minneapolis main base and Director of the 747 Aging Aircraft Program. Mr. Graham’s notable accomplishments include establishment of the 747 aging aircraft program, restructuring the 747 heavy maintenance operation, reduction of check times on the DC10 major checks, successfully set up and managed off-site maintenance teams in Asia and the United States and assisted with one of the first maintenance human factors programs in the industry.

Mr. Graham entered the MRO business in 2001 and held management positions with both Dalfort in Dallas Tx. and BAE Systems in Victorville Ca. and Senior Management positions at Victorville Aerospace and now Pacific Aerospace Resources and Techologies (PART).
